Lifetime Warranty
We offer a lifetime warranty on all natural stones, mosaics, and coloring.
This warranty, however, does not cover removal or reinstallation charges. This warranty is not applicable under the following conditions:
- Chips, scratches or breakage of the mosaic caused through customer mishandling.
- Improper installation or misuse by customer.
- Use of chemicals on the mosaic by customer.
- Leaving the mosaic uninstalled for months.
